I have a problem with my floor. What should I do?

We want you to be happy with your flooring purchase. If you have concerns with your floor, your retailer will be happy to assist you. They can answer your questions and, if necessary, start to process a claim.

How do I file a claim?

To file a claim, you will need to provide your retailer with your original proof of purchase.

Most claims are decided with the help of your retailer and resolved within 30 days from the date the claim is filed by your retailer. Some claims may require additional time and attention.

In the unlikely event that your claim is not resolved within 30 days, please contact the Armstrong Flooring Warranty Services team at 1-888-276-7876.

How can I obtain a copy of my warranty?

Current product warranties are available on our website.

You can also call our Warranty Service team at 1-888-276-7876 for assistance. They will provide you with a copy of your warranty and answer questions related to your specific coverage.

What if my retailer is no longer in business?

If the retailer that you purchased your flooring from is no longer in business, give us a call at 1-800-233-3823. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
