Meredith and Morgan's Path
Growing up as twins, we’ve always been a fierce team together. In elementary school, we placed 1st and 2nd in the science fair. In high school, we graduated valedictorian and salutatorian. In college we were co-captains of our college basketball team.
It was no surprise to anyone that we’d be just as driven in our careers. After starting at Armstrong Flooring at the same time, we developed the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and even gained sponsorship and funding from the CFO. WIN serves as a resource and champion for the development of women. Aside from the training, networking and activities we deliver to employees, WIN also provides a lot of opportunities for employees to gain leadership experience by volunteering to lead our committees and programs.
