Rigid Core Flooring has arrived. Typically comprised of a solid polymer core, these products feature ease of installation, superior indent resistance, acoustic benefits, and authentic designs.
The demands to get a commercial space up and running quickly are ever increasing. For most installations Rigid Core products do not need to be acclimated as long as they’re being installed into properly conditioned spaces. The rigid structure also bridges subfloor imperfections easier than flexible products where subfloor issues may telegraph through the flooring.
Controlling acoustics inside a commercial space is an important consideration. Rigid Core products can play a positive role in sound attenuation, or sound blocking, where noise transmission reduction is critical — like Multi-Family spaces, and hotels.
Perhaps one of the greatest benefits of Rigid Core flooring is its resistance to indent – thanks to its solid polymer core – ensuring floors looks newer, longer.
Featuring dramatic designs with high plank-to-plank variation, Rigid Core Vantage can be installed quickly and in challenging spaces. Its 6.0mm structure with solid polymer core and 20 mil wear layer stands up to both dents and scratches, and looks good doing it.
Engineered for property management applications, Rigid Core Essentials offers 10 distinct visuals in a 5.0 mm structure and 12 mil wear layer. It’s easy to install and built to last.
Ideally suited for residential-type applications, Luxe Plank with Rigid Core includes hardwood looks with timeless naturals, rustic white-washing, and dramatic grain patterns. Stone visuals also capture the classic essence of marble, slate, and travertine, as well as the urban-inspired concrete look.
