How do I order flooring?
Our Customer Service team would be happy to assist you in placing your order. Please call 1-800-276-7876 or email us here.  

What payment methods do you accept?
We can process payments from most major credit cards, as well as by eCheck. Freight is included in the price. Applicable tax will be charged.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders should ship 2-3 business days after they are placed. After the shipment is processed, we will provide you with tracking information. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.

What should I expect at delivery?
Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. All orders are delivered curbside, so please be prepared to move the material as needed.

All shipments will be scheduled for an appointment date that suits you. Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions to set up an appointment directly with the carrier.

Do you ship to Canada/Hawaii/Alaska?
We only ship to the continental U.S.

Are samples available?
We have limited inventory of samples available. Please contact Customer Service to inquire about availability.

What is your return policy?
Because we are offering this product at the best price possible, all sales are final.

Items that are damaged upon arrival must be refused at the time of shipment. By signing for the delivery, you indicate that the product arrived in an acceptable condition.

If you discover damaged product that was not evident upon delivery, this must be communicated to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt.

Do these products come with a warranty?
All of these products are first quality goods, and include a warranty.
